When we're done, it's time for the grading contractor to move the dirt. The benefits of earlier project completion and an earlier return on investment are significant to the developer.

Advanced Clearing Concepts, a specialized clearing and grubbing contractor, knows the rules which ban outdoor burning in the Atlanta metro area from May to September. Once the logging operation is done, we bring our D8Rs with cutters, rake tractors, excavators with shears and grapples, and grinders to the job to split, roll, pule and grind the stumps and underbrush. We also haul the mulch and debris offsite.

Because of the flexibility of our army trucks and our excavators, we are able to tackle any rough terrain site, from hills, flatlands, to swamps. We can also work along rivers and creeks, clearing the land and grinding the stumps, leaving the ground stable and providing a secure right of way for moving materials and pipe laying equipment. During the non-banned months, we have pit burners for onsite in ground burning.
